What is the average typical price range for a tiny small ding? Also, do PDR professionals normally offer a discount if you have a lot of small dings you want to be fixed?

It depends on where it is located and how easily it can be accessed by the PDR technician. If you've got several problems on the same panel, I would bet they would be willing to work with you on price since they will already need to gain access to fix one dent, so they might as well fix others in the same area while they are in there. If they are scattered around the car, I am not so sure... it never hurts to ask.
