Default Goof off on side mirror

Is it safe to use Goof Off for removing one of those stick on convex mirrors? I need to replace the convex mirror with a bigger one and move the location from the outside edge of the mirror closer to the window side.

TIA.

Goof Off shouldn't harm a glass mirror.

Use dental floss to get the stick on mirror free then use goof off to remove the remaining adhesive.

Thanks. I'll try the floss or my old nylon guitar string, then goof off.

I my experience WD-40 also works good on removing adhesive without causing any damage. I let it soak for approx 30 seconds and then I just rub off the adhesive. When using WD-40 just make sure you clean all of it off the surface with rubbing alcohol before adhering something new to the surface.

I wouldn't see the Goof Off as an issue, but make sure whatever you're using to wipe/rub it off is not abrasive. Avoid something like a paper towel and use a good quality microfiber.
