Suggestions on how to clean headliner

I just noticed the headliner right above my car seat has a bunch of spots on it. Looks like any food/drink my kid was eating and she might've coughed some up. So, how to clean up those spots?

I have found woolite at about 10/1 dilution works very well on most stains. I've used it on both my carpet and headliner with great results.

I've also heard that Sonax is an awesome stain remover/cleaner.

Pro Wax makes a killer all purpose cleaner called "Frank's". I've used this religiously for years to treat interior stains, clean tires, shampoo carpets etc.
