Default Leatherique Test

This armrest will end up being refinished but before I do that it needs to be cleaned thoroughly. I could scrub it down with a grey scotch bright pad and various cleaners but instead let's put Leatherique to the test. I think this is about the worst case scenario the leather is filthy and basically trashed.

I worked the rejuvenating oil in for 5-10 minutes then put the armrest in a plastic bag for 3 days.

Obviously Leatherique can't fix the damaged finish but it cleaned the leather 100%, here it is after cleaning/applying the Prestine Clean. The results speak for themselves. The best part about this process is there is almost no scrubbing or friction applied at all, the oil lifts the contaminants to the surface allowing the Prestine Clean to easily remove the grime. This is very important because no matter how dirty the leather is, the cleaning process posses no risk of damaging the finish due to using various brushes, pads and the like.

Thanks for sharing!

I just did this same process on a Ferrari F430 earlier this week. Always good results with Leatherique Rejuvenator Oil and Leatherique Prestine Clean!

That's insane.... I've used leatherique more times than I can count and have always been blown away with those products.

I thought my ES300 armrest was starting to age a bit, but after seeing that, I feel a bit better haha!

It's from a wrecker car which by the looks was never cleaned. Why do people never clean leather it's really easy but nope they let things get so filthy that the dirt and grime wears a hole in the seat.

I maintain all the leather in my vehicles with Leatherique. Great stuff and the leather always comes out clean soft and supple. Just did My GS F-Sport today and the RX last week. can't speak more highly for lethaerique.

Leatherique is amazing, used it on my old 2GS, this picture was not long before I sold it with 230k, my seats honestly looked almost brand new after leatherique! How did you go about doing it on the 460? I've been scared to use it on mine due to the perforations and I don't want to fill the holes with the rejuvenator and make the air conditioned seats not work

Did it to my GS460 a couple weeks ago (posted a thread on here), and just poured the oil onto my hands, rubbed them together until it spread out a bit, then massaged it into the seats. This prevented blobs of the oil from seeping into the perforations. Hands were nice and smooth after too

Leatherique is definitely the best leather product I've used, I'm always telling people about it. I used it on a 99 ES300 and the seats turned out like they were never sat in.
