Default Leather Seats Peeling/ Clear coat or clear bra damage? Not sure

The car is 3 years old and the leather is starting to crack/peel. I am the second owner. Is this consider wear and tear or will my factory warranty cover it?

The creases/lines in the leather are completely normal. Especially in that area of the bolster where the driver gets in and out of the car. I would not worry about it. Just be sure to keep the leather clean.

The abrasion / peeling that is seen along the seam is unfortunately not too normal and is certainly a sign of something scratching the leather and causing damage. This is something that would need to be repaired by a leather specialist.
