Quick question for the detailing gurus in here...

I've been shuttling around a bunch of tires in my Highlander recently, and they've left dirt/minor scuff marks on the plastic panels. What would you recommend I use to clean this stuff off?

Also, my niece had spilled milk on my seats (cloth) a little while ago and the stain seems to be showing through more so now than earlier on. I figure if I'm going to clean/shampoo one, I'll do them all. Is there a good DIY product for this?
