I've noticed on my driver side window there seems to be grease all over the glass. Like someone took a slice of pizza and rubbed it all over my window. I'm trying to figure out if the tint is causing it or if it's just dirt. Could the tint be old and needs replacing. (this is my on my 04 ES)

I tried using auto finesse crystal to remove it but it seem to look worse. I'm at a loss on what to do, any ideas?
