Default cleaning seatbelts

Considering that seat belts are the primary passive interior safety feature of my car, I don't want to use any chemical cleaner that would weaken the the structure or material. What is a safe chemical to use for light cleaning of seat belts? I wonder if I should contact the supplier (Takata for Lexus ES?)

Woolite is recommended for any area where gentle is required.
