Default Removing sunscreen (titanium dioxide + zinc oxide)?

My wife has been on a natural kick lately, and has taken to wearing sunscreen made of titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. Unfortunately, the pleather in my 2015 black interior GS does not like it very much! Does anyone have any tips for removing it from the pleather? I have tried windex, and Sonax, to no real effect. Anyone have a good tip for getting this stuff off?
