I've read through some threads on here about the early Lexus leather and how it was painted vs. dyed and thus products like leatherique don't penetrate the leather. My mom recently passed her 92 SC400 onto me. This car was a "garage queen" so it's in exceptional condition. The leather is shockingly still buttery soft, except for one spot on the front passenger seat where it has hardened a bit. I'm wondering what is the best product to keep the leather buttery soft? Most people on here are looking to make the hardened leather in the older Lexus' soft again, but my situation is a bit different. The car is still garaged at both home and work and I want to make sure the leather maintains its softness. Does anyone have any advice on products for this early Lexus leather?

Leatherique will work, and I would highly reccomend
