Default Gtechniq c2v3

not bad at all... i will go out on the limb and say that it's better than CPH2... durability, gloss, dirt/water repellent... supposedly has UV ray protection. seems as though the gloss level has been kicked up a notch.

can be used on the entire car. excellent drying agent, but must be diluted 1:3 to do so. i definitely recommend C2V3 as a solid detailing product.

yes it is... Supposedly 8 months of protection. I am impressed by the ease of app, gloss, and repellency. Can't speak on the durability as of yet. Can be used with any other car product, not only Gtechniq line. Researching the coating ...

c2v3 is more comparable to CarPro Reload. I haven't tried c2v3, but it's been something I have wanted to test out. Glad to hear it's meeting your expectations!

I topped my wife's IS 250C with C2V3 soon after an application of EXOv2 coating and wasn't crazy about the looks. Maybe I applied it too soon after the EXOv2 (I waited a day). After a few months the C2V3 wore off and IMHO it looked better. Since her car is garaged and not driven very often, the year-old EXOv2 still looks feels like it was just applied, and I won't be refreshing it with anything in the future.

I don't think you'll be disappointed Z... This guy my wife's boss knows, had it in a box in a ziplock bag, brand new. I am definitely impressed by this product, the last product I was impressed with was in fact the CPH2. I finished my Reload a while ago, just haven't gotten around to getting more.

If it meets your standards, Syd, it MUST be good!

Car looks great, as always.

How've you been?

yes Harley it is a very good product... thanx, you know i like to keep her clean. i am doing well thank you, how have you been? i am quite impressed with this product. used it on the wheels, (on top of the OC)... this is some great stuff. i think everyone who likes to keep their car all glittery, should invest in a bottle of this. i actually like this a lot better than the reload. IMO it's much better.

Question for those that have used this diluted; with the 1:2 ratio, is it 1 product and 2 water or 1 water and 2 product?
Note: I've got the 1:1 ratio down cold.

Glad you corrected that...
I had just watched a video with the dilution ratio on Youtube a couple weeks ago.. Blame it on old age and burnt brain cells..lol

It does have a good gloss.
Have you used this product in the engine bay area, if so any feedback...

most of us here suffer from old age and burnt brain cells... "YOU ARE NOT ALONE" ... i haven't used it on the engine bay area. i use optimum opti clean on the engine bay. although i have used the C2V3 on every other part of the car.

Got myself a bottle and managed to apply two coats on her SP last night and this morning. I must say I like this product as well. I read the instructions on detailedimage.com and was a bit concerned if I could apply it correctly or would mess up the brand new paint. It turned out it's quite easy and straight forward. I wasn't sure if I needed a coat (OC2, 22PLE, Cquartz) for her SP since it's quite easy to maintain this color. I just found out myself that this is sufficient. Thanks for sharing buddy.
