6/13 someone stole my tires/rims. Cops used some spray to try to lift fingerprints off the car but they couldn't find anything. I am assuming it is SPR or Wet Print after doing some Google research.

Yesterday I go to pick up my car and I noticed the streaks where they sprayed my car (it was also raining that day). A regular car wash isn't taking care of the issue and even with me rubbing the car with my finger, it doesn't seem to rub off. I hope to God that stuff didn't ruin my car.

I tried to do as much research as I could and I came across something called Small Particle Reagent or Wet Print - I think that's what the cops used on my car. Anyone have similar situations with their paint and what I could do to take car of this issue? I could upload a pic, it isn't the greatest, but you might notice it.

Jesus - I've only had my car for one month. What can I do?

FYI I have a 2014 IS 250 F Sport in Nebula Gray Pearl.

I have no experience with that forensic stuff. For paint overspray, I use a clay bar and quick detailer.

Try to clay bar it. Maybe (hopefully) it's just a contaminant that will lift right off. I had something on one of my exterior mirrors that looked like a very deep haze. Regular glass cleaner wouldn't get it off, but clay bar did.
