Deep Interior Left Passenger Door Scratch Help!

I unfortunately scratched the foamy/leather part of the interior door IS250 2008.

After looking everywhere I need some help on how to attempt to fix this problem. I just need it to look better, not going to replace the door. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Just to be clear... you don't have to replace 'the door'...... just the interior panel. You can find one used on eBay.

Unfortunately I cannot think of any way to make that more reasonable looking... looks like it is pretty badly damaged.
