When I purchased my GS350 the dealer gave me Lexus brand leather conditioner and leather cleaner. Do you guys know if this stuff works and it not what brands do you guys use? I dont want my leather cracking over time.

Leather Masters soft cleaner and matte conditioner. Lexol is also good, not quite as good. Leatherique is great but laborious and more for restoring more worn leather.

I've used Lexol twice, it cleans colored leather really well but my car is too young to judge how well it will fare over time. Keep in mind the leather has a urethane coating as well (for UV and physical protection) so you're just wiping cleaners and conditioners across the urethane surface. I suppose perforated leather will get conditioning through the holes though.

To me it works well. I don't see any reason to use anything else but again I might be wrong. I am not an expert in this.

I'll second the leathermasters - but not just the cleaner/conditioner, but the protection cream. Helps you avoid stains.
I don't know if it is bad jeans or what, but a co-worker who had purchased his GS at the same time as mine has blueish stains on his driver's seat (he never used any conditioner/protection cream etc).

For cleaner, you really don't need to splurge. A lot of folks just use woolite with water (1:10) to clean their seats, and then use a good conditioner. Unless the seats are really dirty, you can just wipe with a clean damp MF towel to clean it. Apply the protection cream once every 6-8 months.

A damp cloth works for me. Of course my leather never gets dirty anyway, but I have always been overly cautious about putting any chemicals on leather.
I have two LSs and take meticulous care of them.
