What is everyone's choice for a cheaper "everday" wheel cleaner?

One of the things I've picked up in the past based on the recommendations of old was the Home Depot Citrus Degreaser. Obviously, you dilute to as weak as possible for your purpose since it doesn't like drying on the surface of a car. It works great as an all around APC and is great on wheels with brake dust and rubber dust. As it is local to most members here, its a great need-it-now product. I only break out my Optimum OptiClean or Meguiars APC+ for specialized purposes since those are more forgiving if they dry on the surface being cleaned
