I might just try scrubbing them with some, soap... Then wipe it down with a damp cloth and pat dry.

Damn dude, you're one dirty ****

You can try any type of carpet cleaner. It should do the trick.

Lukewarm microfiber cloth (make sure it's clean). You can also use a cotton towelette but it will be a little more abrasive. A Mr. Clean Magic Eraser can do some of the harder work but I wouldn't recommend it on leather. Just the belts and at the most the headliner.

Pour some Woolite in a bowl or something, add some water to dilute it, so it's not as strong.. Then wipe it until it comes off. As for the pillar, because of the material, don't wipe, just pat it.. Or maybe a circular motion.

For the seat belt, the best thing is to pull it out as far as it goes, gently shut the door on it to stop it retracting, pass a rope through the hole in the buckle and get someone to hold it out taut, then pressure wash it. Leave it to dry thoroughly before allowing it to retract; you can spray silicone spray on it to make it retract much more smoothly, but again let that dry thoroughly before using the seat belt, to stop it getting on your clothes.

I recently took out a massive coffee stain from my cashmere-colored seatbelt using Scotchgard Oxy Carpet & Fabric Spot & Stain Remover.

Easy to use, and completely removed the stain. I would try that if you haven't. I found it at Walmart, in the househole cleaning section.

Try some Simple Green. I had used it on many stains and it worked. I bought the concentrated one and dilute it 50/50. For some tough stains, I use full strengh.
