Default How To Remove Scratches!

Any way to remove scratches on the chrome panels from the doors & the black panels too? They look real ugly under sunlight

i would say they have to be polished out. for the chrome Adams Polish 1&2, and for the pillars... a good clearcoat polish and machine.

The exterior pillars can be buffed either by hand or with a machine. I did mine with machine, 3" pads, and a cutting compound (M105) followed by finishing polish (M205) because they had some pretty deep scratches in them when I bought my IS250. Yours do not look too bad at all.

If the chrome is REAL chrome - ie chrome plated, not just plastic, then you may just want to leave it alone and learn to live with the scratches. It is pretty hard to eliminate scratches from chrome, you may be able to improve them slightly, but I doubt it would be worth the time and effort spent... just my $0.02.
