Sounds like an AIO ( all in one) product that will probably light polish the car as well as put some sort of sealant on it.

BTW, most Mercedes have ceramic clear which is alot harder than Lexus clear so I'd think twice before using that on soft IS paint.

Yup there clear is hard.When I had mine I used Menzerna polish.
