Default Hole in Leather

I have a hole in the leather in the passenger seat of my RX300, how would I fix this?

Depending on the hole size and location, I'd probably recommend taking it to a leather restoration shop. Can you post a picture of the hole and its location?

The seat panel receives much stress as people get in and out and the flexing probably would make filling a less than desirable fix that likely would not last. I suspect the area will need a patch and refinish. Surprisingly, most restoration shops are typically not all that expensive and are real craftsmen. Check around your area and ask your Lexus service manager who they recommend. You can also visit a high-end leather furniture store and ask them who they use.

Let the leather repair shop fix this. You will be very surprised how it will look in the end. And, that does look like a burn hole.

Yes, it's a burn hole because one of my friends was lighting incense and it accidentally touched the seat & burned it.

Is this still repairable?

Yes. You can patch it, then paint over it, and it will look decent. If it isn't too expensive, I'd just have the shop do it.
