Default what to use on SUV black plastic trims?

Do you guys know what to use on plastics on the exterior of SUVs such found on Honda element or CRV?

They are lightly textured plastic/urethane, I am not sure.

I use Meguiar's Ultimate Quik Wax. This is a synthetic sealant that doesn't run down the side of your car in the rain like many trim dressings. It can be used in direct sun and it doesn't dry white. It is a wipe-on/wipe-off sealant that lasts for two to three weeks. It leaves a pretty decent patina on the trim as well.

Still a Black Wow guy despite all the new products out. Haven't given the permanent versions a shot yet though so that could change. I'm still on the original bottle anyway after 4 years

I was also a Black Wow guy for years, but switched to "Solution Finish Black Plastic & Vinyl Restorer ". It comes in an even smaller bottle, isn't cheap, but takes just a little bit of product to give a great look that lasts much longer than Black Wow (because it is not silicon based).

Would you recommend aerospace protectant 303 for this purpose?

I use chemical guys G6 Hypercoat for plastic trims on exterior. Very durable and leaves the plastic trims very good looking without being shinny, and is dry to the touch. It also has UV protection. It can also be applied onto rubber trims and such.

Last option is to tape off and paint to your shinyness. I used the Krylon Fusion on many plastics that sit outside and still looks impressive. Some people hate this, but I have had good results with it. The best results is when sanded and drying between coats is the key. Prep work ! GL

If not try back to black by Mothers.. Works great also but make to rub it in very well, so the material will suck it in and not run as bad when it rains or gets wet.
