Once I hand wash my car using the 2 bucket system, then dry using microfiber towel.... I can use the All in 1 polish, then a sealer and finally wax.

I noticed that this polish has a sealer already mixed in. Would this be good enough, or can I use jetseal after using this polish ?

we already have a dedicated detailing forum for this kind of topic already. the 4gs paint is not something special so let's do it over here.

but if you want please feel free to start a thread in the 4gs forum on "cleaned 4gs" or something like that

you should clay after you wash if needed. then the chemical guys blacklight which is an AIO. the car is brand new so THE CHEM GUYS AIO CONTAINS ABRASIVES. you don't need that on your brand new car. do the blacklight and for added protection i use the jetseal 109 on everything,,, glass, rims headlights etc. it 's safe. next day i add a coat of either Chem Guys Lava or Butter Wet Wax. the All in 1 polish and the Blacklight are two different AIOs made buy the same company the first one(all in 1) is more abrasive the second(blacklight) is mild.

Ha, its a brand new prius! Ballin outta control

I think there's a lot to be said about the skill of the user vs. The complexity of the detailing supply list. Or maybe I'm just cocky?

Thanks! That means a lot. I've been considering doing it on the side for myself. It would pay a lot better.... I'll probably start stockpiling tools and supplies. I'll come down and do it if you send me a ticket!

Is it against the rules to start a detailing thread? Not advertising, I work at a business. Just showing "how to's"

If you ever drive up towards the DFW area, there are some good detailers here that should be able to help you get rid of the swirls.

As long as the vehicles you post are owned by you and you don't start selling your services, you're fine pretty much. The first portion is what gets people the most for some reason cus they don't think I can find a duplicate saying its a clients vehicle
