Seems like no matter how far I park away, beater cars always park next to me... I ended up finding a scratch on my passenger door.. its not fingernail deep, but it is thick.. I have heard mixed reviews of touch up pens.. would it be an easy fix from the dealer since its a new car or consider getting a touch up pen?

Try rubbing compound and polish before touch up.

Try just rub it off with a soft towel and some type of polish spray/compound.
