Default Would you use this Armor All on your Lexus

Got this Armor All Ultra Shine Wash & Wax product at Costco for cheap. But should I use it in my Lexus? Would you use this on Your Lexus?

TIA.

sure why not?

Is it the greatest?

Probably not but it won't strip your wax and will renew your wax protection slightly.

If you are concerned about it's lubricity, you could always add a bit of a rinseless wash product like Optimum no rinse or DP wash and gloss for extra protection.

I personally don't really like car shampoos that are "wash and WAX" since I like to separate the wash, clay, (paint correction), wax stages. Simply because you don't know how that new wax will impact the wax that's already on the car.

Thanks. I used to use this Meguiars product. When my 98 Sienna was new, I would wash and wax separately with carnauba (forgot the brand). I must admit that my RX has simply been getting the $12 touchless wash at Shell every 4-6 weeks and not a lot of washing by hand.

Maybe I'll get inspired to do more detailing again by the photos in the forum. At least during the summer.

Default Go Ahead and Try It.

It probably wouldn't hurt anything. Just keep your expectations in check.

yes, most times when 2 products are combined there is a trade-off, or reduction, in both of the products original purpose.

Armor All sucks, but it's still better than most of the other consumer/cheapie options.
