Lexus is-f alpine/white leather care
HEY guys i have looked all over and not one post specifically addressed the proper way to care for the white leather in the ISF. Leather masters seems to be top choice, but has anyone used it on white leather before?

On the SC430, the color is call ecru. I use Leather Masters on mine. I have the Soft Leather Cleaner, Strong Leather Cleaner, Leather Vital, and Leather Protection.
I use the soft cleaner about once every two weeks. Strong cleaner to spot clean tougher ones. Leather Vital is like the conditioner and leather protection puts a thin barrier on your leather. It's important with white-ish color leather.
I do it so often since I have the top down as often as possible

top down is the way to go i got the strong cleaner is that too strong too use often. Now from what i understand once you put the barrier cream it lasts for about 3 months, so meaning you wouldnt cllean the leather or not. Wont you be taking the barrier off if you clean it every two weeks?

I would point out the real strength of LM Protection Cream is in it's ability to resist stains from jeans and oil tanned belts, etc. White/ivory leather is notorious for showing stains and there are only a couple of leather "protectors" on the market. I feel LM is far and away the best. Don't expect this type of stain protection from typical leather conditioners.
It is much easier to prevent these stains than to remove them.
While LM may seem pricey, it really isn't. The product goes a long way and lasts quite a long time. After applying the protection cream I maintain by a quick vacuum and then wiping the seats with Meguiar's QID sprayed on a white 100% cotton towel weekly. This will not remove the protection but will remove dust and dirt, the things that will abrade your leather over time as you slide in and out.
