So I wash my car after a few weeks of not being able to because it has been storming and now I notice that in some areas on the paint and all over my clear bra-ed hood, there are these stains that can only be seen in sunlight at an angle. When I run my finger over them, they arent raised and dont feel like there is anything. Ive washed it, rubbed it a bit, waxed those areas to no avail. Will a clay bar remove these stains (I have none at the moment)? They look like a liquid stain. Will I be able to remove them or would a trip to a detailer do the trick? The clear bra is far worse in terms of stainage amount.

Ive tried to take a picture but its difficult.

Okay don't yell at me but I figured out a way to remove them. Meguiars scratch remover lol. Worked on the clear bra too

That's awesome you were able to get the stains out. Wonder what it was, maybe tar or oil. Good thing you caught it before it did any damage.

I was happy after I discovered that it worked. This was on my C, not the RX. Not sure if the scratch remover would be bad for the clear bra, but it seemed to do the trick.
