Okay massive bird doo-doo on hood +
wife not telling me about it for 3-4 days + 90 degree weather = clear coat damage. How do I go about repairing it? Meguirers #2 didn't do it. The clear looks odd, there is still a layer but it looks like the clear got wavy or something. I really don't want to have to 1000 grit sandpaper the clear + rubbing/polishing/swirl removal if it will still show a stain. Any experiences with this?

I didn't move the thread. It's hard to tell what should go under maintenance and what under the RX forum. But, moisture in the RX headlight is more RX specific than paint problems.
Still what should go under RX forum and Maintenance forum isn't always clear cut I just realized that forum existed.
