Default Lexus Dealership Touchup Paint?

Do i need to put on a clear coat after applying the Lexus touch up paint? i asked the Lexus rep and he said clear coat is usually only for pearl white, and that the clear coat is mixed in with other colors, but then right on the bottle it says apply clear coat after 24 hours.....do i need clear coat or not?

My Car color is silver BTW

From what I discovered talking to the Service Dept, the clear is mixed into the paint. Either way, that little blob is quite tough, it refuses to fly off when I pressure wash my car

I would strongly advise getting the Langka Blob Eliminator kit, using the paint prep provided, the blob remover itself and then the sealant provided with the kit.
