Talking Mystery Detailing Tool....

Hope you guys aren't getting tired of my posts yet. This finally came in today at the perfect time too.

Any clues on what it is?

This is the euro-styled foam cannon that many people here try to get a hold of but can't (they go the Cam Spray direction as a result). I ordered up this baby as soon as I knew I was going to pick up a Karcher PW to play with. It may make it slightly longer to wash a car but its going to be hella fun now . Pictures will come later since I'm going to go to the PC repair depot , open up that Karcher PW from Costco, and also find some time to foam things up. Thankfully my ES is pretty dirty

For those who don't know what it does, heres a vid on youtube from someone
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=phR_nyDwxvQ

EDIT: This is him on EBAY if you want this instead of the Cam Spray alternative

Would also like to thank Chris for helping me figure out the components of the Cam Spray but as I had the opportunity to pick up the real Foam Cannon, I decided to go that route

Here is that post he did for me if anyone here would like to make their own :

Nice, can't wait to see it in action, I will probably end up ordering a foam gun (not sure of brand yet) this spring.

Pretty nice. I really wanted a foam cannon before, but now I'm too lazy to even clean my car.

Yeah, the guy pieced it up for me

I ordered from him off another forum but he now has an EBAY site you can get it from. With the Karcher bayonet thing thats on there, it was about $130ish shipped to me. Not bad considering that it pretty much came from the UK

I'll update with pics/videos later on. Gotta get the Costco PW first since I'm returning the Target one I got

$130ish shipped with the correct attachment for my Karcher (the attachment was $20 but others are usually cheaper)

ONR is awesome. My car is white, so there is no motivation to keep it as clean as all the black cars I've had in the past.

What is the first soap you'll be loading into the cannon?

Haha, true. Mines dark enough to see dust/turn darker with dirt so I gotta keep up

I'm going to load up the DP Autowash you gave me that time. Seems like a promising soap thats for sure

DP Auto bath is a good soap, but I have rose bushes next to my driveway and the soap attracts bees sometime because of the smell.

I feel your pain. I have a palm tree next to my driveway that is starting to bud. I will cut down that one budding branch soon though. Gotta do it ninja style since its not ours technically

I'll use all of my soaps in there prolly. I have like 5 different ones so I'll be amused for hours lol

from the video, it doesn't look like any particulate gets washed off the car. maybe lifted/loosened. but from the video, which is a demonstration, possibly not how to actually use it, nothing touches the ground. i'd want the dirt to be on the ground
