Accidently used interior detailer on the hood!!
Please do not laugh but I feel like a complete idiot. After I washed my car today, I decided to do a quick detailing job with Meguiar's spray on wax but accidently used Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer. I didn't realize what I have done until after the hood was all done. Of course I immediately changed the bottle and re-did the hood again but I am not sure if I damaged the paint. Do you guys think the chemicals in the interior cleaner will damage my paint job?! I am praying that it will not. This sucks!

I doubt it would pose any problems. I would have rewashed the car maybe as a precaution, but a quick interior detailer is likely to be very mild to the interior and even less so with paint

Your paint has a layer of clearcoat for a reason: to protect your paint.
Interior detailers/cleaners are just a mild cleaning agent. Probably milder than your typical car wash detergent/fluid. If I were you, I'd wash the hood again or if you already waxed your hood, just add a layer or two of UQD to wipe it off.

The detailer isn't abrasive or corrosive, in fact, it doesn't even have cleaners. So I wouldn't worry about it. I would just do a wash and maybe a light polish to get that stuff off. Then protect it again with a wax.
