anyone think i could take a tub of zymol thru TSA in carry-on luggage? TSA's website doesn't specify about this kind of item. anyone done it?

Lately they've been pretty strict on anything even remotely similar to a liquid, or a gel, so I think it'd be a better idea to just check it in.

No way it will make it through. Check your bag with it in there, OK or ship it.

Bottle will be too big to be included in the 'plastic bag' of liquid / gel items (3oz)

Now...if you are coming from a foreign 3rd world country..you could sneak by with a liter of water, nail polish.... (I carried that onto the airplane in my own hands in Saigon Airport...they don't even check)
But, yeah you should check the wax in.
