I dont know if there is a way to get rid of the streaks, but my window has alot of them. My A/C was broken for a while during the end of summer, fall, winter and spring a couple years ago. So I was putting down the windows pretty much everytime I got in the car. Now I have streaks from it, is there anyway to get rid of the streaks, or would I have to get new glass to do this?

So they're like streaks that are instilled into the glass? On the meguiars forums they recommend this kit:

Im gonna try that stuff, but I thought I would post a picture to show everyone what I was talking about.

I just use a good glass cleaner. To wipe it, get this, I use newspaper. It works quite nice.
