Is this a stain? How would I get this out?
After washing my car I noticed yellow stains under the gas tank. Anyone know what this is? (Sorry only a camera phone at the time.)

Looks like you or whoever filled the tank dribbled gasoline on the paint. You should be able to remove this with a cleaner/polish. I'd try Meguiar's ScratchX and then rewax. Gasoline is nasty.

After washing it, does it have a texture when you run your hand on it, or completely smooth? If it's the latter, one way to possibly get it out is by using a diminishing abrasive to try to get it out. You can also try to buff it out with a machine buffer.

Oh man that looks pretty dirty. Almost as if someone spilled coffee on a white table. Anyhoo i would suggest taking some dawn and degreasing the area. Then comeback and clay. After wash with some quality car shampoo and then go on to re wax that area. If that doesn't work pm me
