All in all my powerball experienced sucked.

I finally used the mother powerball last night, big one and the mini. It works well but hold on to the drill, it's grabby. I like the Flitz ball a lot better and it conforms to smaller areas better. The mini was a bit tough to use with that extension and I couldn't get in to the corners without it.

Still better than hand polishing but i'll pick up another Flitz

Old thread but thats what "search" is for

I was on the fence about the power ball vs flitz... Cordless or corded.
Think im rolling with the corded and flitz. Mainly to keep my new exhaust super shinny but now i'll do better at stepping my detailing skillz up. Thanks CL

Dude, I was recently on the same dilemna as you and here is my advice. FLITZ ball ALL DAY. That thing is insane. I went out and bought both. Mothers powerball tends to fall apart after a while. The flitz is a heavy duty material yet soft enough to polish aluminum very nicely.

BTW I dont know what metal polish you are using, but in the past month I bought 4 different kinds. Mothers, Meguiars, Flitz and Adams. Gotta admit Adams polish #1 and #2 is ridiculous. That thing cleaned up (BY HAND!) what some of the other polishes didnt clean up with the drill.

Good luck!

This is my final product corner, gave everything else to a friend.

^^^^ very nice

I ended up with mothers powerball and min powerball with the all metal wax for $19.99... It was stupid cheap for all that so i had too. And then went to home depot and got a $60 corded drill for $28 ha! Once these things start rippin i'll grab the flitz for sure. I could only find flitz online not local and mothers was everywhere i went. Needed to address my exhaust after all this recent rain before it got too far.

Thanks for ur info though im gonna follow ur lead on that.
