Default Found a great detailer in Los Angeles that uses Zaino

I just wanted to thank Stephen at Mobile Master Auto Detailing for doing such an outstanding job on my SC. He spent a total of 11hours (full detail) on my car and was very meticulous in every aspect. The Zaino products he used and his skill (with the buffer) are indeed top notch because I don’t ever remember seeing my car like this! Basically, he is very knowledgeable/experienced and explained exactly what he was doing in every regard. Seriously, he is not happy, unless you are truly happy with the results. So I suggest you completely set aside a day (for a full detail interior/exterior) where you don’t actually need your car and just let him go through it completely. He services Los Angeles and surrounding areas and will drive out to your location.

Does that include swirl removal via a machine or just cleaning and applying zaino?

It was a total detailing job, including swirl removal (machine buffer), cleaning, and applying the Zaino products. Just give him a call and he can answer all your questions... Good luck.

The complete job was $225 + tip. IMHO it was worth every penny, since I really don't have the time to do this myself. I guess the big plus factor is that he is mobile. Good luck and make sure the damn forecast is clear because we are experiencing some crazy weather...

I did not get a chance to take any interior pics immediately after the detail. I do not think it would do him justice if I took shots now. Sorry about that…

Talking Stephen does an AMAZING JOB

Thanks for posting your experience w/Stephen. I contacted him a couple weeks ago to do my GS300 after driving cross-country from NYC. He did an amazing detail job -- prep, polish, Zaino! Even before he put Zaino on my car, the car was sparkling from his prep/polish work. I am sold on Stephen's work and on Zaino products. Stephen does such an amazing job, 3 of my friends also had their cars detailed w/Zaino by him -- a BMW 330xi, Toyota Sequoia and a Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder. Unfortunately, I don't have pics of their cars, but will post pics of my GS. Stephen did an exceptional job on my friend's BWM 330. She had two really bad marks on her car -- palm sized deep swirly scratches (somebody keyed her hood) and a foot by 5 inches white mark over her rear wheel well after hitting her garage wall. He got both out completely as well as all the small scratches and swirls without a trace. The paint job was not compromised and everything just sparkles now. Besides knowing alot about detailing, Stephen is a very friendly guy that I would recommend to anyone who wants an exceptional detail job done right. He's seriously not happy until you're happy with his work -- which by the way -- none of us had any issues with his work when he was done. He gets it done right, the first time!

Smile Final pic of full car - post-Zaino

Full-shot the next day after Stephen had detailed the car w/Zaino. Can't wait to get more layers on by myself now!

I know I'm bumping an old thread, but is this guy still in business? Tried calling the number, no VM...

Can anyone recommend anyone else in the LA area? I'm looking for a FULL detail like Stephen does.

Thanks
