BestBuy is starting a rewards program as of today. Just flash your rewards card at each in-store purchase and earn 100 points for every $1 spent. After 12,500 points, they mail you a $5 voucher good on purchases over $10, which is about 4%. So basically you get a $5 off $10 coupon for every $125 you spend. The first year is free, then $10 per year fee applies. You have to apply for the program in-store.
