I would say that is high, depending on how much they will deal, especially in So Ca. I am considering selling my 07 with 6500 mi and if I decide to sell hope to net 38k.
I know you've made your decision, but I just wanted to confirm for you -- several months ago (4) I paid about $43,500 for a brand new (0 miles) 2007 with Nav (no ML) and XM radio. It would obviously be crazy to pay more than that for one with 7K miles on it.
In December I got my 07 GS350 (NAV / ML), 19" upgraded lexus wheels, with 15k on it for $36500. Had to ship it in from Texas, but I thought it was a pretty good deal.
IN Aug 2007 bought a 2006 gs 300 no nav, no ML, no xm, 6,700 miles certified car for $33k from Longo Lex. Of course I pitted Longo against Westminster but i didn't lose any sleep over it.
Good luck, lots of "unwritten" deals right now because of the big economic slump. Nobody is buying cars at this time so dont be afraid to leave your number and walk away if you're not getting an outstanding deal. In my daily commute I have seen 3 dealerships (big dealerships) close down over the past year.
WHen ready to buy, go on the last week of the month....
