Help with night shots...

Ok, so I finally got to experiment last night with night photography. Some pictures came out good, the others came out a little odd. What's odd about them is that they have a greenish tint to them... or some pink fuzzy thing on the left hand side of the picture.

So, does anyone know what's causing that to happen?

that is flare from another lightsource. probably the glare off headlights as they pass by reflecting off the insides of your lens. that's probably also culprit to your greenish tint as well.
