Bombs kill at least 80 people in Iraq By BUSHRA JUHI, Associated Press
BAGHDAD, Iraq - Thunderous explosions and dense smoke swirled through central Baghdad on Monday when three car bombs ripped apart a crowded marketplace in a Shiite neighborhood, setting off secondary explosions and killing at least 71 people, police said. A suicide bombing nearby killed at least nine

Ok, I am getting PISSED off. This has nothing to do with the politics of the War. What pisses me off is the lack of human morality by these bombers!! What the hell? Does human life mean NOTHING to them? Is this our enemy? The kind of scum that wakes up in the morning, kisses his wife and kids, and then plants a bomb killing someone else’s wife and kids? How barbaric is that! The more I see that there are people out there like this the more I am PROUD of OUR Citizens. The more I understand the cause and the need to eliminate these bastards from the planet! The more I appreciate ALL the people I live around and neighbor in this great country.
Hearing about this crap makes me want to see US pick the war up a notch! No holds bars! Destroy the Enemy and "F" bringing them to court!
Time for the damn Iraqi's to stand up!!!! 80 more of THEIR brothers and sisters, moms and dads were just killed. Not to mention our brave Soldiers!
Some of you may think that this is a reason to leave. Not me, I see this as a reason to eliminate the enemy. Hunt them down and kill them! Why? Because we are the only ones who are not only willing to, but can.

should of done that along time ago- but we are the US we have to follow the rules - if we could fight no-holds-bar like that scum in iraq they would have been slaughtered along time ago- and no one would mess with us- i agree the tactics should change- and i think in time they will - hopefully

It's funny in a sad and ironic way.....they set rules to war as if it were a game.. I guess to politicians it is a game, since they arent the ones risking their lives.

Yeah, it is a very ugly situation over there. But I don't think we should take the "f'em, let God sort'em out" approach. That's obviously the approach of these bombings, and if we do the same thing, we're just fueling the fire.

people haven't figured out,...our being there is what fuels the continued escalating "nonsense". It's one of those things for those whom feel we need to keep fighting in their land that is a harsh reality that is going to continue and will NEVER end.

I agree that to some extend our presents on their land is fueling it. I don't think that will change even if we leave though. I think it will only get worse.
I'm just trying to look at it from the shear human aspect. I just can't get it through my head how people can do this to their own people (or neighbors, in the case of Iran). If ALL the attacks were limited to American soldiers then yes, it would print a clear message that withdrawing our soldiers would probably end the violence (for the most part). This isn't the case though. The only comparison would be, if we were invaded and we were fighting off the invaders by blowing up our own people in large gathering areas.
Just doesn’t make any sense.
Kind of shows you the direction humanity is headed for (or at least large parts of the world).
It saddens me to think that the US is one of the only countries that really does give a damn about the entire the world and not just itself. I am going to reach way across party lines to say that both Democrat and Republican presidents, past and present, try to effect positive change on the world as a whole. We do view ourselves as a rich and powerful country and feel compelled to spread our “gift” of wealth and resources to countries in need. Sometimes it is misplaced and sometimes things don’t go as planned, but I love this country because of the people that make it up, both republicans and democrats make this country great.

I am not in the military but even a dumb 4 year old could see we were not prepared for the enemies tactics. This is not the cold war.
It is almost impossible to stop an enemy willing to die and take as many people with them at any moment.
Look at the damage done here, 9/11....
What we fail to understand is there will NEVER be peace in the middle east. NEVER. To many tribes, to much to gain, to much money. To many people got screwed by the west, to many supported by the west in secret, its A MESS.
Best bet was to NOT get involved. There is no clear GOOD TEAM and BAD TEAM.

I wish I would hurry up and graduate. I would set off to kill as many of the mujahadeen as I could, as soon as I could. We should just set off to conquer them instead of having this political nonsense.
