Yup, my fellow teammate and training partner Matt Wiman is currently in Vegas filming the new season of The Ultimate Fighter....

Nobody is supposed to know about this, but I figured that the small handfull of people who will read this will get a kick out of it.

If you are wondering who Matt is, well he has 1 fight in the UFC.. A loss in UFC 60.. If you watched, his fight was the one immediately after the Gracie/Hughes fight..

That's tight man! Hopefully he's been training hard on finishing his submssions. That flying knee shouldn't have happened, the match should have ended earlier with the guillotine. But that's life in the cage...

Why yes,,, he is rather HANDSOME..

The field looks good, Pulver, Diaz, among others...

Nick Diaz has a problem with Tulsa Top Team because of some smack that has been spoken by Beau Taylor... There is another funny NYE story about that too...

but props to Franca for getting Fischer back... 3 vicious right hands unanswered!!!!!

We all gave him trash for that, but he did awesome on short notice,, he only had 1 1/2 weeks notice before the fight. He did well against somebody with experience like Spencer.

I was wondering if Nate Diaz was Nick's brother, I guess he is? I like Hermes Franca, but I did not think he looked great last night, sluggish if anything. He did take out Spencer though, one of the better MFS guys. Not complaining, Franca was one of my pics...i've now made money on the last 4 UFC's. In the Rashad fight, that knockout was vicious, he was completely out while standing up, and slammed his head when he landed. Couldn't believe the ref didn't stop it before Rashad popped him in his unconcious mouth. He was out for 7 or 8 minutes, that's a long time, then got taken out on a stretcher and went to hospital (he's fine). Dude's been lookin' @ some Crocop footage. Heath looked like total garbage, after I hyped him to all by buds.
Wyman only had 1.5 wks for that fight? That's no time, impressed w/ his fortitude. And yeah, he shouldn't have done the pointing thing, but we live and we learn
