Default Congratulations Boise State

That was one hell of a win against Oklahoma. That was an even bigger upset than when my Miami Hurricanes beat Nebraska 31-30 way back in 1984. Congratulations.

This was one of the best games I've watched in years. Both teams gave it their all, and it was truly fun to watch... MUCH better than the USC-Michigan blowout earlier.

They played one hell of a game. Our team didn't play to its standards, especailly with 4 turnovers. Give BSU the credit, they made BIG plays when they needed to. That hook and ladder on 4th and 18 was a dagger.

i give them a LOT of credit for coming back after the int. for a TD and scoring on a perfectly executed hook and ladder... and then to go for 2 in OT, that takes BALLS!! congrats to them!!!....

but i must say a couple things... the Boise St. qb went over the edge when he said that was the greatest game in college football history and that they deserve a shot at Ohio St... this was a great game, but DEFINITELY no where near the best game ever. and as for them deserving a shot at OSU, Oklahoma is no where near OSU's level, and OSU would piss all over Boise St imo... but with that said, i take NOTHING away from there win. my hat goes off to the Broncos for the way they played

I agree. I did think it was a little arrogant of them to say this was the greatest game. I liked the 1984 Orange Bowl as I mentioned earlier between Miami and Nebraska, but ESPN went out on a limb today and compared the BSU-OU game to the 1987 Fiesta Bowl between Penn St. and Miami. Now those teams were much more evenly matched, but I would put BSU-OU in my top 5.

BSU might give OSU some initial trouble, but I do think OSU would take it.

Wasn't one of the best games for me but maybe one of the best finishes, from the time OU got the ball back with a little over 2 minutes left and went down and tied it. Amazing play calling and execution by BSU and it's nice to see a coach go for the win.

It may be true OSU would trounce BSU in any given football game, but the point is BSU did go 13-0 no matter how weak people say the schedule was. If Florida beats OSU (Which I personally hope they do) BSU will be the only undefeated team and still be nowhere near #1 or even #2 in the final rankings. That just doesn't make any sense at all. To go 13-0 an not even be considered for a co national champion is just wrong. They have shown they can play against stronger conferences as well. They have also beaten a few teams that were in the top 25 as well this season. They may not deserve to be the national champions, but they deserve a shot to prove it one way or another.

I watched the game from a hotel bar in Dallas and all I wanted to do was cry....

Great game, my hat is off to BSU. OU couldn't adjust or even properly plan for defense. But the name of the game is to win at whatever cost. BSU did that but,,,

WHO IN THE HELL RUNS THE HOOK-N-LADDER ANYMORE!!!!

Sorry, just had to rant a little..
