Lexus 06 GS300 rebates???

Any possibilities of rebates on the 06 model's? The dealers here will sell for invoice but not to many are biting @ 44.5K with ML and Nav. The dealers in my area have fifty-two new 06's in stock.

lexus doesn't do rebates or incentives.
