If the 3rd gens offsets are similar to a 2nd gens, it should work.

The offset for the OEM wheels are 45mm. Which wheels are you talking about btw?

Nissan wheels belong on Nissans, not Lexus.

Thanks to all for the reply. I'm not planning on putting OEM Nissan rims on the GS. I was offered some VOlk Racings off of a G35 and was wondering if the offset would work on my 2006 GS.
I was told that the wheels, since they have a large lip will come out of the car and that's definitely not something I want. So I'm justs asking for help.

The offsets and sizes of wheels for the G35 Sedan will fit the 3GS perfectly. Wheels for a G35 coupe and 350z have offsets which are way too aggressive for the GS. I've got a set for sale in 20x8/20x9.5 with the right offsets...PM me for more info.
