Cabin Air Filter

Does anyone know of any replacement filters for the 06 GS, other than the Toyota one? I'm hoping there is something that does a better job of trapping pollen.

Any good sources for discounted filters? I know Lexus dealers charge an arm and a leg - about $50!

not sure but isn't there a seperate pollen filter that is controled via the on dash switch?

Don't know about 3rd party filters (haven't found one yet) but I've been buying my cabin filters from irontoad.com for about 1/2 the price you listed

There is the consideration of too much filtration, thus blocking the air flow of the air condictioning. If cleaned quarterly, replaced yearly, stock filters should handle the pollen.

I haven't tried it, but I have read DIY about making a filter by cutting one to size from a home sized furnace/AC filter. I think they recommend replacement yearly.
