Default Does adding an air intake void warranty?

My car is nearing its first service now (for the oil change) and I was wondering whether adding an air intake system would void my warranty. I already have a K&N typhoon installed and was wondering whether to put the stock back on just in case.

if something fails and the intake is the cause, then yes, otherwise no

So if something fails, I guess you better take it in stock condition for your service visit.

depends on what failed, if the power windows go out, then theres no need, since the intake is irrelevant to the power windows

Any chance of them giving you problems about it, and saying it COULD be related and refusing to cover it?

like 4tehnguyen said . . . as long as it isnt the CAUSE of the problem, it wont void the warranty on whatever they are working on.
