When can I buy a TRD supercharger for 2is?

When and/or IF they decide to produce one.

Just because they are TRD, doesn't make it mandatory for them to make a S/C for the 2nd Gen IS or for every Toyota rather. From what I believe, they never made a S/C for the first generation IS.

No such thing.
1. 2IS is a Lexus, thus there will be no TRD (Toyota RAcing Development) parts for it.
2. The compresssion ratio is very high, Blitz has a S/C (search)

As mentioned, the compression ratio in the 2IS is very high as delivered. Without a new head gasket to drop the compression, I wouldn't go near a supercharger, even if it was only pushing a few PSI (although manufacturers have been known to release such things... there's one for the S2K I believe).
