USA Today: "Demon Eyes" for Condi
Not satisfied with doctoring the news, now USA Today brings us this photo of Condi Rice:

USA Today's "apology" admits only to adjusting "brightness and contrast", but makes no mention of painting in the Secretary of State's eyes in a crude PhotoShop job:
