Does anyone which photoshop type model (adobe photoshop, adobe streamline,etc) is best for trying to see how rims, body kit, etc before actually buying the products?

I would use Adobe Photoshop for changing rims, doing drops, etc. Thats what im sure most other people on here use to do mod's.

You can use PS Elements for that type of stuff. No need for the full-blown version of PS.
