I was doing some cleaning and found the brochure from our '94 Gen. 1 and got to comparing size and a few other things. Overall, Gen 3 looks like a much better package, more torque at lower RPM, shorter, slightly less weight, more rear seat legroom (although it wasn't clear where the front seat was when they measured. 0-60 might be a little optimistic but we'll see what the tests eventually show; Hp/weight is better but gearing will determine the performance.

I think the 0-60 time is optimistic and I can't help but be disappointed by the weight - but that's the price of all those gadgets and luxury.

Okay so if it disappoints you, are you still going to buy a 06 GS or even in the market for one?
