Any Stat Comparisons 2006 gs300/gs430

I kno this might be a little hard to find as of now but can anyone do a lil research for me and dig to find these things

Considering both have navi/backup camera option ok fellaz THX

-0-60mph on the two models
-difference in base stat sheet (engine, length, weight etc...)
-any appereance differences
-and ur opinion on what model you would get and why

Looking at pics, the only difference in 300/430 is wheels.

Since I am into modding, I would like to see what the aftermarket offers the GS 300. If they s/c or turbo a GS 300, then getting it with AWD sounds sweet.
Otherwise, the GS430 gets my vote.
