If they want so many new people up north there, why don't they just take in all the Mexican illegals and give our Border Patrol a break?

I'll tell you why......it's hard enough for the illegals to speak English....you except them to learn French?

Yes, I know that.
Eighty percent or so of the Quebec population have French ancestry. Broadly speaking, Canada has been divided into two distinct societies, one French-speaking and one English-speaking, that's the reason I wrote what I did in my previous post.
It's true that most French Canadians speak and understand English, but they prefer to use French.
